My journey began in the corporate world, where I became one of Sweden's pioneers in Diversity Management. As a Global Diversity Manager, I worked across cultures and countries, helping organizations create environments where people could thrive, collaborate, and contribute their unique strengths.
While I loved the corporate world, I became increasingly curious about a deeper question:
What truly empowers people to create lasting change in their lives?
That question led me on a journey that has now spanned more than two decades.
For over 20 years, I have worked internationally as a coach, facilitator, author, speaker, meditation teacher, and leadership trainer. I have had the privilege of supporting more than 3,000 individuals in discovering their strengths, expanding their awareness, and creating meaningful change in their personal and professional lives.
My work combines practical coaching, leadership development, consciousness work, meditation, body awareness, and transformational tools that help people move beyond limitation and into greater possibility.
I am the author of several books, including You Are the Power, The Power of Your Body, and The Alchemy of Wealth. Through my programs, workshops, retreats, and speaking engagements, I help people develop greater clarity, confidence, resilience, and personal power.
I believe that every person has far greater capacities than they have been taught to believe.
My work is not about fixing people. It is about helping them recognize the strengths, wisdom, and possibilities that already exist within them.
Because when we stop searching outside ourselves for answers, we discover that we have always been more capable than we imagined.
My journey started in the corporate world as one of Sweden’s first pioneers of Diversity Management, transforming workspaces into vibrant, inclusive ecosystems. As a Global Diversity Manager at an FMC Corporation, I orchestrated collaboration across cultures, proving that when people feel seen, heard, and valued, true innovation flourishes. But my heart longed for deeper impact.
I wanted to inspire not just organizations but individuals, to empower them to break free from limitations, redefine success, and step boldly into their power.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching and training more than 3,000 individuals worldwide, introducing them to transformational tools like Access Consciousness. I brought these revolutionary methodologies to the Balkans, sparking a movement of awareness and empowerment that continues to change lives. Through my books, programs, and workshops, I’ve helped people shed victimhood, awaken their potential, and create extraordinary lives that honor their unique desires and strengths.
